Q: Are all of your products handmade?
A: Yes! Every item at ScottiDog Woodworking is handcrafted with care. Because of this, slight variations in color, size, or grain may occur, making each piece unique.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes, we do! If you’d like a custom size, design, or personalization, please reach out to us by email at scottidogwoodworking@gmail.com. Or use the Contact Us button in the footer below. We’ll be happy to discuss options. We do require a 50% deposit upon ordering.
Q: Do you make seasonal items?
A: Absolutely — we create seasonal decor, such as fall pumpkins and Christmas decorations, in addition to our everyday home decor and functional pieces.
Shipping
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 2–7 business days after shipping. Custom orders may take longer.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (excluding custom or personalized items). Products must be unused and in their original condition.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes — all transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store your credit card information.
Other Questions
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping at this time. We are a 1 person shop so gift wrapping is currently not a service we can offer. Check back in the future though this may change.
