Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended timelines will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• We primarily ship through USPS/UPS/FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Free local pickup may be available in Oxford, Massachusetts. Please contact us to arrange.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days after shipping.

• International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs process.

Tracking Your Order

• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

• You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

• If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow time for carrier investigations.
